City’s Mobile Office heads to Kalksteenfontein and Bonteheuwel

20 March 2025

Next week, the City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office will provide municipal services at the Kalksteenfontein Community Centre on Thursday, 27 March and at the Bonteheuwel Civic Centre on Friday, 28 March 2025. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of the services that will be on offer at this office on the day.

The details are as follows:

  • Thursday, 27 March 2025, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Kalksteenfontein Community Centre, Salvia Street, Kalksteenfontein
  • Friday, 28 March 2025, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Bonteheuwel Civic Centre, Cnr. Bluegum Street and Kiaat Road, Bonteheuwel

  • The City’s Customer Relations Department’s mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City in a wide-range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries.

‘We are bringing the City’s services closer to Kalksteenfontein and Bonteheuwel residents to ensure that no time and money is spent on transport. This is a special opportunity to resolve municipal items that residents have wanted to address. Should you wish to make use of the services on offer, remember to bring along your ID or municipal accounts to help ease the process,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
